The room is lovely. Facilities were in good working order. Staff was very helpful and kind. I requested an iron and Hanna brought it all the way to my room, thank you so much! The Heilthermen Resort Bad Waltersdorf is located in the Thermen- & Vulkanland in the East Styrian hill country, Eastern Styria’s hill country, 60 km from Graz. The property gave us a free room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing; beautiful modern room with a huge deck. the hotel-only spa area was amazing and very peaceful.
