We were there to do the w-trek in national park torres del paine. Because we had to take the bus before the official breakfast time, we could have our breakfast earlier. In addition it was possible to leave our normal suitcase there. They where quit big (23 kg), but that was not a problem at all.

They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!

My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

The beds were comfy and overall the hostal was very clean. The location is good and close to the center of town. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

The hostel is very cozy and homey. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Laundry survice is great! Breakfast is decent and they can do set up breakfast if you need to go for a trek earlier than the breakfast service time. It's about 20 mins walk to the center and 15 mins walk to the bus station. Very convenient. My favorite part is their three individual and super clean bathrooms. It felt amazing having a hot shower there after I came back from a multi-day trek. Highly recommended.

The property offers bike hire and features a garden and picnic area. The room, kitchen, bathroom are all clean and new. Also love the bed, bigger than other hostels! Provides free towels, earplugs , shampoo, coffee, and free lemon juice. The staff is so friendly, the lady drove me to the bus station, and say hello to Harper!
