The hotel itself is modern and clean, with the comfy rest zone, free laundry and very nice staff. Room itself was also big and clean, we really enjoyed our stay here. The day before our arrival hotel staff sent us an instruction and guide how to find a hotel, as it is located on the 5th floor of another hotel’s building (which was not a problem, we found it very quickly).

From the moment I arrived, the staff helped me with literally everything – always friendly, always available, and always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. They treat you so well here, it honestly feels like home. The location is unbeatable: Raffles City is literally just 10 meters away, so you’re right in the heart of everything. On top of that, the prices are very affordable, which makes the experience even more amazing. The staff are not only professional but also super fun and welcoming. Whether you need help, advice, or just a smile, they’re always ready for you. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, value, and location – this is it. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The views are stunning, the room is cozy, comfortable with all the amenities you need, including a washing machine and detergent. How to get to the reception? - at the main entrance of the building use the right side door (next the small convenience store and dumplings restaurant), go up 1 floor using the escalator, turn right and you will find the reception next to a small local restaurant. They don't speak English, which is very common in Chongqing, they have translator app but I recommend you to download Baidu Translate App also. Staff is very nice and friendly and you can communicate with them daily through WeChat App to request cleaning/mentainance. . The rooms are located by the lifts area, where is a big desk with security, that area is accesible by the main entrance using the big left side door; but they will guide you to the lifts. The building is in a nice area, with great cheap food, a small streetfood market at night in front of the building and great restaurants, 24h convenience stores everywhere, pharmacy etc. You can easily walk to the main attractions, use the metro system or order a car. All in all, a great great stay.

She provided outstanding service, offering insightful and personalized guidance on the various attractions I could visit in Chongqing. Her recommendations were invaluable and greatly enriched my exploration of the city. Her willingness to assist with any inquiry was consistently met with a genuine and cheerful attitude. Furthermore, the dining experience was a highlight of each morning. The breakfast offered a delightful array of options, all of which were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere in the dining area was relaxed and inviting, providing a perfect start to the day. A particular standout was the Chongqing noodles, which were an absolute culinary delight and a fantastic way to experience local flavor. Without any reservation, I highly recommend the Wuyu Hotel to any traveler seeking a refined, comfortable, and authentically welcoming base for their journey in Chongqing.
