The lady at reception was sometimes very friendly, nice, and helpful, and at other times more reserved and practical, but always helpful when needed.

I was a solo traveler so I was quite surprised with the accommodations. the furniture is modern and the beds are comfy and warm. best bang for the buck during my trip. I can’t say we bought about how friendly the staff were. getting to the Rumichacha crossing was a 5 min cab ride.
