Lovely staff who booked us a taxi and were very patient and understanding when our late night flight was delayed even further. Delicious traditional Costa Rican breakfast, lovely courtyard, felt very safe and clean, comfy, spacious. I even did 20 mins of yoga in the bathroom in the morning - it was that big! Well located, just a 15 min drive from SJO.

Not only because of the food, it was very good and gluten free for me, which can be complicate sometimes, but mostly because of the mother. The is a beautiful soul, full of love and kindness. Thank you for everything!

The cuisine was another highlight—every dish was delicious, but I especially recommend the roasted tomato soup. It was the perfect comfort food for a chilly night in the mountains.

The location is incredible, in the middle of the tree. The owner spent the evening talking to us and was very warm. The hotel is huge and the work done to build it is incredible - it truly is a piece of art.
