Very well located, friendly host. For me, it's 10/10. I had a late arrival, the host was great for his welcome. She was waiting for me to give me the keys. The apartment is superb, very clean with all the necessary comfort, quiet, not far from the city centre and not far from the airport. The quality/price ratio is excellent. For my next stay on the island of Sal, I will go back there with pleasure if it is available.

Close to the airport and convinient if you need to wait for the plane or you landed in the middel of the night and are waiting for the next flight or the ferry. You can easily catch the taxi from the street nearby to the SID Airport for 5 EUR (500 Escudos) or to the Palmeira port for 7 EUR (700 Escudos) - as of 11.2025.

A very good accomodation supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Well cleaned and maintained apartment with a very pleasant, easygoing and communicative owner. It was very convenient that the owner arranged us off to be picked up directly at the airport (for a fixed price), so that we did not need to look for adresses and such, especially as internet is not free as in the EU-countries. The pool is clean and nice, just like the apartment. There are two minimarkets nearby

I found the apartment adequate for my needs, in fact it is quite spacious. The kitchen area has plenty of storage cupboards, crockery & utensils were OK, but could be better. There's a good sized fridge, with a pretty large freezer compartment. The bed I used was huge, & for me (I like a firm matress) was very comfortable. It's a nice feature to have the two large patio doors to let in fresh air, & keep the room light & bright. And being 2 stories above the road made the view better, & kept any traffic noise down. The wi fi was really good, with plenty of bandwidth for me to stream content from my firestick. The aircon works fine, but in all the time I was there I never needed it. Sink, toilet & shower area all worked as expected. The really meaty door lock made the apartment feel very secure. The location is really good, very close to bars, restaurants & minimarts, & not many minutes walk to the beach. Across the road from the apartment is Legends bar, its a bit spit & sawdust, but has a lot of character & characters! The owner Dave is from the UK (Manchester area), he has a lot of local knowledge, & can point you in the right direction for most things. He also has a very good pool table, & a dart board.

Perfect location next to stunning and quiet beaches. With a shared pool, restaurant/bar, and small shop all within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was well furnished with everything you would need including aircon, a hammock on the balcony, and although it wasn't mentioned on the listing when we booked, there is wifi that works well. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward, and the host very friendly and quick to reply to messages. Everything was perfect, and I would highly reccomend this apartment for people visiting Cape Verde :)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!!!Everything was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well located from everything . From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and polite, taking the time to greet us in person and make sure we had everything we needed. We unfortunately had a last-minute issue during our trip, and he was so helpful and understanding, which really made a difference for us. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and attentive. We truly appreciated his support and hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
