It was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was very bright with large windows, in a quiet area, and had good heating. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. The kitchen had all the facilities and equipment for cooking meals. The bathroom was nice, with a large shower, good toiletries and hot water. It is a good base from which to visit other nearby towns - Cesky , Rosenberg and Hluboka. We consider it was good value for money and would recommend it.

The family-run Hotel U Kaplicky is a 10-minute walk from the Old Bridge in the historic royal town of Pisek. All rooms are en-suite and they come with wooden furniture and work desks. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. This hotel was really, really nice. It was clean, spacious, and the breakfast was very good. Natalie in the reception was very kind and helpful. She recommended restaurants and a place where we could go for a swim🙂 Would definitely come back, and I would, without a doubt, recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is in a very old building which makes for an authentic experience. Narrow winding staircases etc, make it feel like stepping back in time. The receptionist was very friendly. The rest of the staff were lovely too. The breakfast was very good. It is in the centre of the town so close to everything. I'd happily say here again.

Located in a historic building in the centre of Český Krumlov, Penzion Thallerův Dům is just 250 metres from the Egon Schiele Art Centre and a 10-minute walk from Krumlov Castle. The apartments have a kitchenette and offer free wired internet. Location to everything and on a quiet street. The rooms are clean, with heat, well maintained with everything you need in the kitchenette, including wine glasses and corkscrew. The room had two big windows with great view of the castle. The bathroom is large with great water pressure in the shower and has toiletries. The breakfast was a short walk away with a nice balance between savoury and sweet. Even as a vegetarian. There was lots of options.

We came for Christmas markets and just had to walk about one minute to the town square! The staff was friendly and helpful. The whole hotel has a very elegant feel to it. Our room was clean, and we slept so well. Amazing shower! The breakfast was the best we had on our trip though Czech. We parked for a small fee, and it was super easy and right out the door. Lovely and delicious options! We absolutely would stay here again.
