Very comfortable bed and luxurious bath supplies. Loved the freshly baked cookies as a welcome gift. Great location for exploring the surrounding highlands and to go off hiking. All in all a very nice stay. Will definitely recommend and return. We were sad to leave.

The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!

The location close to the hub of Aviemore but not in it, was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and close enough to restaurants when we didn’t want to.
