The view was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight — there were so many fresh and delicious options to choose from. The location is also perfect — everything is close by, with lots of markets and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Value for price of hotel is unmatched. Modern finishing and ambient atmosphere. Breakfast was the best I’ve had of all 7 hotels I stayed throughout my month-long trip, considering the price for a night. Great views (a bit of construction but the noise doesn’t bother) and Georgian hospitality at its best. Their heated pool was a great bonus. Restaurant itself is amazing. Better than Google Maps’ top rated restaurants around the area. Room service was also fast. Staff were really accommodating. Even helped us with our flat tire.

The facility was nicely finished - a small house-hotel with new finishings completed at a good standard. The staff were very friendly. They recommended a local restaurant and were welcoming of our dog. They were also happy to reconfigure the beds to meet our needs. The room was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area equipped with a kettle, microwave, and sink. The location was only a block from the edge of town and fields that looked out across a lake and some mountains. Also within walking distance is the memorial to the Armenian genocide (worth the short walk).

In the evening the hottub is warmed and you can relax and enjoy the view of the mountains In the morning, walking up with the view on the mountains, WOW. The breakfast is overwelming, the type of dishes are repeating. Many thanks for the perfect location, service and stay.

We stayed for one night. The host met us personally and kindly offered to help with our luggage. It was great that we could park our car freely. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was comfortable even for four people. The WiFi was stable, which was very important for us. We left the car and walked to the city center in about 15–20 minutes.
