We received welcome gifts and goodbye gifts. The manager came to ask how we are and he had a personal later from him in our last day. Little touches that made you think and be happy. We will definitely come back because our stay with this hotel was beyond any expectations.

The staff were extremely polite, kind, and always willing to help, which made a wonderful impression from the very beginning. The facilities and pool area were spotless and very well maintained, even though it was the end of the season — a big plus! Our all-inclusive package exceeded expectations: there was a wide variety of dishes, all very tasty and fresh. Our room had a pool view and a private outdoor jacuzzi, which made the experience even more relaxing. It was spacious, modern, with smart features, fast internet, and a huge comfortable bed. The only minor downside was that heating was only available through the air conditioner, so although the weather was mild, we did miss having regular heating. Overall, it was an excellent experience and, considering the great value for money (end-of-season rates), it’s truly unbeatable. Highly recommended!
