United KingdomWe were only supposed to be there one night, but due to flight cancellations, ended up staying for 4 and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was friendly and did their best to help us and other guests that were also stuck on the Island. The location is perfect, on the main strip in West End and directly opposite the water taxi's to West Bay. Plenty of food and nightlife too.

The Tropical Treehouse is a beautiful location in Roatan. It was fun staying "up in the trees." The home itself is spacious, with plenty of room for all four of us. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The hosts are responsive and helpful. We felt very safe on the property. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary plates, bowls, utensils, paper towels, etc. They even had games available to play. I loved trying a "new" game (to me), Quibbler. And the best part was a porch with a hammock. That got a lot of use.

Loved the location. Very beautiful and relaxing. Dustin and Tracy were really great and helped us with planning on things to do and see. Their breakfast was fantastic! I would definitely go back.

The location and value is great. It was a bit outdated but the view is worth it. The drinks at the bar we crazy expensive considering drinks are so cheap in Roa. Would stay there again. Location is chill.

Staff were very nice and I needed to print some documents which they did for me at reception despite being very busy which saved me a lot of hassle. Lovely beach! Breakfast was really nice. The room was a good size and very clean.
