The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was exceptional. We enjoyed using the pool and the lounge chairs near it. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's food allergies. She has celiac disease, and every single morning, the staff brought her bread, meat, and cheese separately, to avoid cross contamination. Phenomenal service!

The view is priceless. If you want peace and tranquility only 9 minutes away from Porto Azzuro, this is your place. Enjoy your breakfast or the sunset with the view over the harbor and scent of wild herbs and flowers. 10/10

Location is perfect, near enough the town of Rio Marina but "lost" in the country side, very quiet and peaceful, nice swimming pool. You also get a 20% discount at the excellent Restaurant in town called Apron dell'Elba and 10% discount at their winery when you purchase their excellent wines.

And the beaches are really close by!! **for information: Even if I did manage to do everything I wanted by foot (the area is walkable), I would recommend you rent a bicycle / bike / scooter / car for easier transit around the island.
