Located just a few steps from the beach, Hotel Marina offers accommodation in Monterosso al Mare, in the Cinque Terre National Park. Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast, a garden and free WiFi in all rooms. The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

The location is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is good, they give you towels to take to the beach, the elevator works, the AC works and the staff is very nice and professional.

Everything from staff, to room, to the cleanliness of the entire hotel, to the location, the views, the breakfast were excellent! I don’t write reviews often, or at all. I also did not want to write this one to gate keep this property😅 But they deserve the recognition. Book it with your eyes closed.

Parking is free. located higher up from the beach with the most stunning views of all of cinque terre. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel felt short of nothing. The complimentary shuttle to and fro the hotel and the village was super convenient and well organized. Highly recommend!!!!!

This recently renovated apartment is located 1.2 km from Technical Naval Museum and 400 metres from Amedeo Lia Museum. The apartment has family rooms. A very spacious apartment, easy walking distance to the central station for visiting the Cinque Terre, especially once you find the stairway to the station. Be aware that goggle maps will not be your friend for this one, check out the map outside the station for your own sanity. This place has an amazing bathroom and also a separate wardrobe area, we were very comfortable and a great bed.

The property is non-smoking and is located 800 metres from Castello San Giorgio. It was centrally located. We had plenty of space., it was clean and they provided a very nice breakfast in the morning with good cappuccino. Also, it’s right next-door or across the street from a Catholic Church so we attended mass on Sunday, which was nice although we did not understand Italian .
