Located in in the Chianti region between Florence and Siena, Villa Sabolini sits in parkland overlooking the hills of the Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers a pool and free parking. Everything. Location super nice, cleanliness, staff attention and tourist info. The rooms were great.

This was our second visit, and once again, we were not disappointed. The staff are truly exceptional. A special thanks to Amira from the restaurant, the attentive waiters, the gardener who keeps the grounds beautifully maintained, the housekeeping team for their excellent work, and of course, the owner Matteo and the wonderful Lorena. Lorena is a true gem—warm, welcoming, and always making sure we feel right at home. She even helped us organize a small birthday celebration, offering great ideas. Her hospitality skills are outstanding. We enjoyed a lovely wine tasting paired with cheese and ham. We also purchased some of their delicious, locally produced olive oil and a few bottles of wine. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful—perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It’s quiet throughout the day, creating a wonderfully relaxing environment. You can enjoy breakfast ( small buffet with good selection of bread, croissant, cake, egg, hams, cheese, juices coffee etc) and dinner ( à la carte) at their restaurant, where the meals are consistently delicious. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. For those who prefer to avoid stairs, I recommend the ground-floor rooms facing the vineyards. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The food was great. The restaurant waiters and maestro were super helpful. Even the reception when leaving gave us water and snacks for the road. What I can say is the level of attention to details from the staff is unmatched. The place is like living a fairytale. Everywhere you go is beautiful.

It was exactly what was promised. An old building in the heart of Tuscany int the middle of an olive orchard. Unfortunately we only spent a night there and wished we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was also very nice with a nice view of the sunset over the hills. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and beautiful. Overall, we would come back at anytime in a heartbeat

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, fresh and newly renovated and has everything you may need. It also has air-conditioning in every room. Claudio was an amazing host, super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had the warmest welcome with a homemade pie and a bottle of local wine. We were also pleasantly surprised that the fridge was full of bottles of water. The location is very convenient, with easy parking and very close to Siena.

Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We booked fresh pastries and coffee each day for breakfast. Great value. We had lunch one day cooked by Viola and her mum and the food was amazing. We also took the opportunity to take a cooking class which was so relaxing and fun. We were attending a wedding at Castello di Celsa and Villa Mucellena's location was very convenient for this.
