Dinner was excellent and beautifully presented, as was breakfast. They even provided my five year old daughter with beautiful meals designed to appeal to children. The onsen was simple but beautiful, with a semi-outdoor bath overlooking a lovely garden. We would very happily stay here again.

When we came back from the onsen in the evening, the staff started a bonfire outside that just enhanced the magical atmosphere. We found a couple of sweet potatoes in a plastic bag hung at our door handle and fully enjoyed roasting them in the bonfire. Such an amazing stay!
