Beyond the incredible corner view of the Shibuya Scramble crossing, it was beautifully designed with all the necessities and then some tucked away in hidden drawers and pockets within the suite. The view spanned three floor to ceiling windows, offering us a view though to Tokyo midtown over Yoyogi Park and the Southeastern Ku of Tokyo. The bathroom suite was stunning, with a full-size bathtub, rain shower and hand shower - perfect for a relaxing spa bath experience after a long day of exploring the city and beyond. As the end cap to our ten day trip to Japan, this was the most special experience and we are immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from JR Shiomi Station, which made getting around Tokyo so easy. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and more spacious than I expected for a Tokyo hotel. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the coffee machine and bidet, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful—they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Ensemble, and the manga library was a unique and fun bonus. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether for business or leisure!

Close to subway, family mart and coffee shop. Plenty of choice for eateries, and an easy walk to Shinjuku shopping and entertainment. The room was a great size for 3 grown ups and had everything at hand. And it was quiet. I will stay here again if ever in Tokyo.
