It is clean, gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was one of the best among all the hotels I’ve been to. The staffs are kind and attentive. I will definitely go back to this place.

I asked to be on a top floor & they approved my request. The room was beautiful, clean, nice bathroom. Very friendly staff that recommended the restaurant there, it was pouring rain all night, so we ate there. The mac n cheese was delicious!! This place gives 100% good service was so delicious!! When I return, I will stay here again. Very comfortable, quiet, safe. It was a good location, close to bus station, but I took a taxi due to the rainstorm.

Always ready to please with a smile on their face. Laura would ask us everyday if there was anything she could do for us. It was very clean. They had a shared kitchen and provided fresh water for everyone. They had air-conditioning and a fan which was nice. They had free parking in front of their house which was very convenient.The cenote was a block away . Restaurants and plaza were in walking distance. For the price it was great. Would return.

The hotel had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, you could really feel the good vibes everywhere. Every detail of the hotel was perfectly in tone, creating a beautiful ambiance throughout. The cocktails were amazing, especially by the poolside lounge, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. One thing we really liked, was that the check in process was fast and easy and we were able to be in contact with them at all times. Can’t wait to come back!
