The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. I stayed at Alive Beach House for a few nights with my husband. The location is perfect — right on the beach, very quiet, and not crowded. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. We joined the morning yoga classes at a very affordable price and it was really enjoyable. The food at the hotel was also good — fresh and healthy, with vegetarian and vegan options. If you want to relax and disconnect from the busy world, this is a great place. It’s simple but well organized, and we felt really comfortable the whole time

A very warm welcome from Roger and Selina who were always around to give helpful advice or just a chat about our day. The whole place was super clean ! With 9(?) rooms there was a friendly but not noisy vibe. The kitchen was well equipt and so cooking meals was easy. Coffee was brewed was provided for free around breakfast time . The WiFi was excellent . Comfortable communal sitting area with hammocks . Very good location close to the cathedral. We paid extra for A/C in our too was it was really hot in Leon. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Right on the beach, quiet, beautifully decorated, very comfortable for a 3 night stay. We enjoyed the facilities, food, drinks, and the beach. The staff are exceptional, very helpful and nice. We would love to come back!

Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and comes with a cable TV and rustic décor. The bathrooms are private and come with shower. The rooms were great in all respects - spacious, comfortable bed, good AC, great bathroom and warm shower. The Victoriana restaurant was fantastic. The menu was international and imaginative and the food was superb. The buffet breakfasts were just ok, but one day they had less people so the breakfast that was served to us by the waiter was fresher, with more choice.
