Their customer service is excellent, you can tell they are very dedicated to the customers. My room had an amazing hot tub and a beautiful view of the city. Take some time to visit their terrace bar, it is so peaceful and the view is amazing 🤩!!!

At Hotel Jampa, every room is equipped with a seating area. Hotel Jampa was exceptionally well located right in the middle of Thamel. Close to absolutely everything. At times you could hear other guests moving around outside the rooms, but for the price and location, you couldn’t beat it. Breakfast in the courtyard was delightful. Every single staff member we came across was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

There are also lovely restaurants, spas and minimart next door. Rooms are spacious, with good natural light and ours included a fridge which was a bonus. The bathroom shower was hot with strong pressure. The hotel has its own small Cafe and offers indoor and outdoor dining, although we only ate breakfast there. The complimentary breakfast buffet was reasonable. What really puts Oasis above other mid-range hotels is its customer service. The staff, especially the manager, are very invested in making sure you are happy and having the best experience possible! Nothing was too much of a problem, and our requests were attended to very promptly. Their complimentary pickup service from the airport was an added bonus.

The hotel is 400 m from Thamel Chowk , 500 m from Garden of Dreams and 1.0 km from Narayanhiti Palace Museum. The famous Kathmandu Durbar Square is 1.2 km away. Tribhuvan International Airport is 5 km away. The property offers free parking. Best staff ever! We’ll come back!!!

Enjoying a convenient location, Karma Hotel Nepal (P). Ltd is within easy reach of tourist sites and the business district. The international airport is just 7 km away, while shopping outlets are within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. The room was clean, the staffs are really kind. What I like the most is that this hotel offers a pick-up service from the airport, and also a drop-by service to the airport. The price was also very cheap so I liked it.
