We were there as a couple and enjoyed meeting other travellers, but the place can also be booked for big groups which would be excellent for mountain biking enthusiasts and others. The climb up to the platform bed is pretty steep but the bed was cozy and firm and comfortable.

Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. Amazing property, designed with so much attention to detail. The property is beautifully appointed. I don’t often spend free time (when I’m not working) at rental properties, but truly enjoyed relaxing in the spaces at the Oaktree House. They are stunning, comfortable and well thought out. The large windows and doors opened up to make you feel like you were outside. The hosts provide so much more than other properties. The Nespresso machine with the frother made delicious coffee. There was a lovely basket of fruit and some candies on the counter. The host was prompt and helpful in responding to questions too. I wish I could have stayed longer but will return if it’s available again next time. What a gem!

We loved everything about our stay in the cottage. It was well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed, and even more. Great value for money. The biggest highlight for us was the wonderful garden just outside our door, with a lovely artificial pond (by the lovely host Paulina). It felt secluded and peaceful even though we were in the middle of the city. Location was great - within walking distance of the city and nice walks. Paulina the host was friendly and lovely. We felt right at home.
