Bambuda Lodge is located in the tropical rain forest in Bocas del Toro. The property features a coral reef off its dock and a swimming pool with an on-site bar and a fun and social atmosphere. Is in a beautiful location with a combination of ocean and jungle views. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Service was exceptional and food was delicious. I loved that they have a welcome toast your first night and they provide a family dinner where everyone eats together. Was a great way to meet people and build a community.

The hotel and the entire surrounding landscape are a true paradise. The operators of the hotel are extremely friendly and very helpful and are available to answer any questions with competent answers. They also gave us tips for leisure activities. The hotel itself leaves nothing to be desired and offers every comfort. Some people have written in their reviews that there are no shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and that it is better to stock up on drinks before travelling. It is true that there is no shop nearby, but water is available free of charge at any time of the day or night. The drinks in the hotel bar can also be bought at a really fair price. And actually, you know before you book that you've chosen a hotel in a secluded location, so that shouldn't be a problem anyway. And to be honest, it's the location in the middle of nature on the beautiful beach that gives the hotel its special flair. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and we always enjoyed it. The breakfast was included in the room rate, was very good and you could also choose from different variations. We really enjoyed the hotel and will definitely be back. Thanks a lot for the great days and your excellent hospitality! Oops, I almost forgot, you can also watch sloths and howler monkeys from the hotel. Really cute to watch :)

I genuinely loved my experience, wish I could’ve stayed longer!can’t recommend this enough

Carlo and his wife are friendly and attentive hosts. The rooms matched the photos. The wifi worked well. You can cook or have food delivered to the outdoor dining area. The hotel is about 700 meters from Pipa Beach, which is one of the few beaches on Isla Colon that is good for swimming because it has sand and no waves. My wife needed a taxi to go to Pipa Beach because the roads are under construction and covered with big stones. The hotel is a short taxi ride to Bocas Town for restaurants and boat excursions.

This was the most perfect hotel I’ve ever stayed at- it was like he stayed in each suite to make sure everything was comfortable. Benoit was an amazing host. He was very calm and created a relaxing environment. The decor was gorgeous and tastefully executed. Food was fantastic which was prepared by him and his wife - they make a great duo. Benoit offers all the services and tours you need, without being pushy. This place could not be any cleaner - 10s all around!

Hostal Hansi is in Bocas del Toro, 17 minutes' walk from El Istmito Beach. It is 50 meters from the docks. All rooms are private, some have a terrace, TV, air conditioning and hot water. Surroundings are a little loud and the leaking sewer outside was unpleasant, though the room was nice and quiet enough.

Set in Boca del Drago, this beachfort property offers accommodation in Bocas Town. The property is a 20 minutes walk from Playa Estrella. Amazing beach and super relaxed feeling! The hosts were amazing, very friendly and nice! Thank you guys for a great short vacation! We wish would've stayed longer! Two nights were definitely not enough!
