The location is perfect—walking distance to all the major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Cusco. We loved it so much that we extended our stay! When they didn't have a room available, we easily booked with their sister branch, and the staff kindly transferred our bags for us while we visited Machu Picchu. The level of service and care was outstanding. We felt so well looked after. Thank you for an amazing experience—can’t wait to return! The rooms are very nice with beautiful antique furniture, bed couldn‘t be more comfortable. The hotel includes the delicious restaurant Piedra y Sal providing a perfect breakfast with multiple options and a nice tiny bar. Amazing Spa-area with high-level massages in beautiful rooms. And still, the by far best about this place is the friendly staff, especially Oscar and his colleagues at the reception, always there for any questions and happy to help with any doubts. Absolutely recommendable!
