The room was very clean with two super comfortable single beds. We loved the huge TV screen as well. Marcus was always helpful and made sure to provide us with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. Lower Manhattan is about 20 minutes away with metro line A. We definitely recommend his place for everyone.

The cottage is clearly recommendable, very charming and cosy and equipped with everything needed even for cooking midsize meals. The host Matthew is very attentive and responsive; directions and instructions were very clear. The neighborhood and immediate surroundings are quiet and feel absolutely safe. Kingston is a good location for exploring the Hudson Valley in both directions and itself worth a visit (State Senate House, Stockade District, Harbor) (Reserve at least three days!) I got a room on the fifth floor and the view was amazing! The people working on the lobby were kind and took care of my luggage before my room was ready and after my checkout so I can visit the city, without me even asking. When visiting NY again, I will look to stay here again.

Great location, two blocks from Chrysler buidling and Grand central station, 10-12 minutes from Times Square by foot. Rooms was small (but hey it's NY) but you have everything you need, everything is super clean, bed is really comfortable, fast free wi-fi, TV and room service everyday (if you want). Free coffe in hotel bar every morning from 06:00am to 11:00am! You don't need something bigger if you are into exploring city and having a good sleep in the evening there. Keep in mind, because of your finances, that they will reserve damage deposit from your bank account when you arrive, but when you check out they will give it back to you (it needs 4-5 bussines days to be back on your bank account). Lot's of hotels doesn't give you back damage deposit in the end in NY, but I had no problems with Pod 39.👏🏻

The undercover portico was very beneficial when our friend picked us up in her car. The included breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of space to put things in the bathroom. Having a filtered water fountain near the lifts for refilling water bottles is a great idea.
