He kept in constant communication. Parking available on site. GORGEOUS HOUSE!! The location was absolutely breathtaking! A nice touch was the NEXXUS shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for coffee. I have not one complaint. I'll definitely stay here again!

Offering an outdoor pool and a private beach area, Breezeway Boutique Hotel is located in Misquamicut. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. It's lovely. Nice little touches everywhere, pool area clean and a short walk from the beach. Breakfast has pancakes, bagels muffins but all good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Originally constructed in the late 1880s, Beech Tree Inn and Cottages is situated in Newport, 1.1 km from Touro Synagogue. The host Cassandra was incredible - so professional, but warm , welcoming and very generously provided tourist recommendations and advice - which guided us while in Newport. Cassandra recommended we visit "The Breakers" mansion in Bellevue Avenue and to purchase the basic entry ticket. She also recommended "The Moorings" for seafood and Lobster - once gain both recommendations were spot on! The property had everything you could possibly need...and then more. Even little pre or after dinner sherry and books to read in the lounge area. Very special little touches that exuded thoughtfulness and care. Ample tea and coffee and access at any time to make a refreshment if so desired. Our guest room was at the front of the house and so quiet. It was beautifully appointed with every creature comfort needed and it is was clear that the staff take care in their work so as to present a beautiful, clean, comfortable room for guests. Car parking provided at the rear of the property and the main strip of Newport only a short drive away. It was wonderful! Breakfast reminiscent of some of the great Bed and Breakfasts we have stayed in while travelling Europe. A sumptuous breakfast with table service and very spoilt for choice. Value! Incredible value for a property of this standing. This was the best property we stayed in while travelling through the US. We also booked it literally a few minutes before we arrived and it was no drama. All organised. Thank you Cassandra and the team at "Beech Tree Inn and Cottage".

This Federalist style boutique hotel in Newport, Rhode Island is just a 10-minute walk from the scenic Cliff Walk and beach. It features individually themed rooms and on-site parking. The inn is a fantastic place to stay in Newport with a super location, great facilities and absolutely fantastic staff. We loved it!
