The units at the luxury tent include air conditioning and a wardrobe. Very nice and clean. The staff wass realy nice and helpful. We needed late cheak out and we got it for free ,without any question.

Great position right on the beachfront away from any of the noisier resorts and central to everything. Huge bedroom with huge and comfy bed, enormous bathroom, my own sunbed for afternoon sunshine. Lovely and very helpful staff, ready to sort out any needs, as well as delivering breakfast every morning. Loved the elevated view from my veranda, perfect sunset spot complete with constant lull of the waves gently lapping the shore.

Nice jungly nature. My cabin was rustic, with ok bed, mosquito net, and basic fan, some basic furniture and a hammock on the porch. There was access to the shared fridge and one ring cooker by the dorm. Free drinking water. Lovely yoga platform in the trees, with excellent morning classes from Manel, running most mornings. Pretty good restaurant. Professional friendly staff

A lovely, clean hotel, with very helpful staff just off the main street clvery close to the beach, with lots of shops and bars and restaurants very close by. At the back of the hotel is a lovely bit of woodland and river I could sit on my veranda and take in some of the local wildlife.

Right on the beach….our sea facing bungalow had a small veranda with spectacular views. The property also has a beach front bar and restaurant with excellent value food and drink. Free sun beds and each evening the sun beds were removed to facilitate dining tables and chairs for sunset dinners ( or drinks ). A pleasant surprise was the rooms had one way glass in their large fronted windows which allowed you to look over the beach without others looking in. Staff were really helpful. Good WiFi was a big bonus.

It was the perfect combination of relaxing and getting to know the goan wildlife on safaris. A great place for birding! There is lots of shade on the property to hide from the heat during the day. The personal is exremly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it a lot. It was a highlight on our tour through goa.

Location is perfect. This place is located on Cola beach and it is clean and empty. All the tents have a beautiful view of the beach. This place has a vast area with hammocks and beach chairs. All tents have ACs

The place is exceptional with a great view of the beach from the room and stones throw from the room. The rooms are neat with double beds and mosquito net a +point and and attached clean spacious washroom not to forget the small verandah for seating 2. The best part was the staff Sheila, Sharvan and the rest of the staff (please excuse for not remembering the names) -always smiling,humble and very helpful. The restaurant serves good food though would suggest to add more of local food.
