Bathroom was very clean.

The location is very quiet and tranquil and I enjoyed having the suite to myself. The verandah was a delight with a table for dining and sun loungers. I had to force myself to leave the property and explore the area. My host left a box of goodies for breakfast and was very accommodating of my dietary preferences (vegan). She was so kind and welcoming and even gave me a lift to my next destination in the area. I heartily recommend Villa Magnolia for a peaceful, restful, and very comfortable stay. The shower is also amazing!!!

Beautiful family owned property, stunning views over Umbria. Great sunset spot. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, English speaking and made our stay very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and lovely well maintained pool. Car parking.

We were looking for an authentic agriturismo with homegrown foods and italian hosts. Our stay exceeded our expectations, mainly the produce (dinner especially was incredible), the location (view from restaurant over sunset was spectacular), and the swimming pool facilities (same amazing view). It was peaceful, and in a great location, with great hosts. We will be back next time in Umbria!

The staff was extremely kind, helpful and efficient. For the price I paid, I can't really complain: the room had a huge balcony (and scenery), efficient AC and insulation, good tents blocking the sun in the morning. A fridge, ample drawers, and wardrobes were available. Breakfast was great, abundant and with generous opening hours. The area is just insane. In the middle of the nature, super silent and quiet. And mind-boggling lake view.
