A perfect private place with nice river to cool down. The caretaker makes the best breakfast and dinners. It was very clean, warm shower, outside hammocks. And the Yala North gate is close by for safari in the less crowded part of Yala. Really a gem!
Nice amazing stay, surrounded by nature & nice peoples who loves nature. The host was very friendly & helpful. The food were also tasty. People who likes birds & animals will love this place. The sunset is very beautiful from this place & don't miss the Yala National Park Safari.
The staff was super nice and the owner took us for a walk around the area during sunset to show us all the birds and the beautiful nature. we had great candle light dinner and also used the opportunity to do a safari with them. They prepared breakfast for us which we had at the beach during the safari and our guide was an expert in finding the animals ;)
If you like a bit of adventure into the wild, this is the pace for you! Situated only 20 minutes drive from the National Park entrance, you will get the perfect quiet & chill atmosphere away from everything. The two hammocks in the patio will help you relax even more. Breakfast & Dinner were simply delicious (homemade products). Room is good and bathroom is just outside. I would recommend the Jeep Safari experience. Thank you to the host Suj for providing us with lots of information before our arrival.
Stayed 2 days at this lodge . The room was clean and comfortable and the safari we booked through the lodge was really good. The driver was really knowledgeable about the wildlife and it was a fabulous experience.
The room was clean and spacious. The owners were very friendly and helpful, especially in arranging the safari experience in yala with a safari Jeep 🚙 All organised by Mr Kapila. He was very well informed and presented himself as a real naturalist (Mr Kapila's wildlife knowledge is excellent ) Overall, it was a great experience I would like to recommend this
We had an extremely tranquil stay at Tranquil Wild! We decided to kick back and do nothing as we'd already previously been on an amazing safari so we just enjoyed this lovely location on the lake and relaxed and watched the peacocks and water buffaloes. Our room was lovely and the kids loved their beds up in the mezzanine. The highlight of our stay was doing a wonderful boat ride around the lake at sunset, it was the most relaxing thing and truly not to be missed! Anne the owner is a very attentive host.
Very nice homestay at the quiet side of Yala National Park. Lots of nature and wildlife around and the host Bhagye is an excellent guide for a tour in Zone 5 (we were the only jeep that day). Abd his mother will prepare tasty original Sri Lankan dishes. And even airco and the best hot shower.
