Naïm guided us with a motorcycle through the desert to the camp. We drove a Dacia Sandero and it was enough. Obviously a 4x4 would have been better. They were very welcoming. Dinner was 5€ and breakfast and some snacks and tea were included. It was an unforgettable night looking at the stars. The next day we went for a camel ride which was arranged for us very easily and for a good price. I really recommend coming here. There were toilets. But it is the desert, don’t expect some luxury resort. The luxury here is being where you are!

At Majorelle Desert Camp, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and specialises in African cuisine. We played music and sang together with Murad and Achmed. This is the most authentic Berber experience you can have in the Moroccan desert. Before the trip, Younes contacted us via WhatsApp to understand which activities we would like to do. The road is not paved, but you can get there with a regular car. The tents are big and comfortable, and most importantly, they are not close to each other as you often see in other desert camps. The bathroom is very clean. The food service is incredible. As we spent two nights, we had two breakfasts (included), two dinners, and one lunch. The food was very authentic and plentiful. They take care of every detail. We did a three-hour camel tour with Mohammed, which was also a very nice activity. They asked us if we wanted to go for longer, but after three hours, it was perfect for us. I highly recommend this camp to anyone traveling to Morocco.

Not big dunes, but you can experience the sand colors during sunset and sunrise. The road to the camp is accessible to any type of car. The communication with the host was perfect, and I was waited in the nearby village to be guided to the camp. Comfortably sleeping in the tent. Clean toilet, hot water, shower. Good meals, but the dinner is overpriced. If you need wifi, the hosts provide hotspot access on their phones. Otherwise, note that Internet over Orange is not reliable. The hosts are very attentive and caring, persistently asking if everything is ok.

We organised a pick-up by 4WD and Mohammed picked us up on Mhamid at the end of the last roundabout in a white Toyota. It was an unbelievably fun 1,5hr drive through the desert. The camp is situated just between the first smaller dunes, tucked away so that you don't see other camps (at night you hear the drums and music a tiny bit if the wind is a particular way), but otherwise it feels secluded. The hut/tent is spacious and the bed quite comfortable. The bathroom was better than imagined for the desert. Also food was really good, a very good soup and chicken tajine for dinner and a crispy egg made in a tajine for breakfast. Walking the dunes was a lot of fun, especially for sunset and bright and early in the morning. Mohammed took us back to Mhamid early the next day, and even tried to drive us by some antilopes. We also had really nice conversations with him, fascinating to learn about Berber and nomad life.

Guests at the luxury tent can make the most of yoga classes offered in-house. We enjoyed our stay at Nomads Heaven Camp very much. Moloud is a very experienced host and guide, very proficient in different languages. Very friendly! Food was good and typical moroccon dishes for breakfast and dinner. Everything was reasonably priced. It was very quiet, approximately 6 km from Mhamid. You live in tent-like clay buildings. It was rather warm inside during the night. So we did not need warmer clothes inside. You can walk 200-300 m and you enter an area with smaller dunes with super fine sand. We just sat there and enjoyed a sunset and sunrise there. So it is "desert experience light". Be aware that the real desert with the big 100m high dunes is 60 km/ 2h away. Moloud could have organized a tour by 4x4 and/or camel. But that would have taken us more time, also one person had health issues. So ideally you spend 2-3 days. And stay in the "real" desert overnight.

So many stars! great rooms and delicious food! the staff is super friendly and helpful! they can organize everything for you from pick up from the airport to short or long excursions to live and explore the amazing desert by dromedars or 4X4. 100% recomendable!

The camp is situated in a great location next to beautiful dunes. The staff was very nice and so kind to pick up and drop us off at M'hamid. We definitely recommend it..

A true desert immersion. We had a transfer from Mahamid. Our driver and also our guide spoke great English and provided an amazing experience, showing us the Nomad villages on the way. The food (we had lunch, dinner and breakfast) was one of the best we had during our 10 days in Morocco. The camp definitely exceeded our expectations, was right next to the big dunes, was super comfortable and clean, with our tent having a private bathroom with a shower and hot water. We took a camel ride to the big sand dunes and sand boarded down them. Cannot recommend enough! An absolute must when you’re in Morocco!
