It is a bit further away from the town compared to most of the others, it is quite a distance away from the other camps, and is located on the higher ground, offering spectacular views and easy access to the dunes. The tents are spacious and cozy. The beds were the most comfortable of all I slept in while in Oman. Considering that the camp is in the desert, everything was unbelievably clean. All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and the dinner were tasty, varied and plentiful. Drinking water was provided throughout the day.

I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff and loved the quiet and intimacy of a smaller camp (only 4 tents). It was so fun meeting people from all over the world at dinnertime and breakfast, and the campfire after dinner was amazing for sharing conversation over tea while stargazing. Everything was so comfy and clean - the bed was comfortable and I loved being able to shower underneath the stars! Finding the camp was easy enough and I had a wonderful time here. Definitely go dune bashing with Ibrahim! The food was so yummy and plentiful and the sunrises/sunsets cannot be missed. I’m so glad I chose this place to stay!!

A recently renovated luxury tent in Bidiyah, Desert Diamond Private Camp offers outdoor fireplace, private parking and sports facilities. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. The luxury tent features mountain views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. The stay at Desert Diamond Camp was excellent! Sultan picked us up from the meet point and took us to the camp and we were welcomed with a campfire and fresh tea and coffee! The tents were vary spacious, clean and cosy, and the bathroom facilities clean. The next morning we walked to the sand dunes and the children did sand boarding. Sultan especially and the camp staff ensured our stay was comfortable and we highly enjoyed our stay in the desert!

Situated in Bidiyah in the Al Sharqiyah region, Rashid Desert Private Camp has a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Rashid and his team are simply the best! It starts at the meeting point where they prepared our car for the sand driving, gave us the instructions and it was easy to reach the camp. It has only 5 tents and it’s far in the dunes! The tent is spacious with very comfortable bed and bathroom with all you need. It is all very clean. They welcomed us with tea and coffee. The sunset was beautiful , you don’t need to go far from the camp and you feel like alone in the universe. The dinner was delicious and after they made a fire, we sat around and they sing and dance! After they drove us to see scorpions at night and after we enjoyed the stars and the quietness of the desert. Next day after breakfast they took us back and we spent just perfect day in the desert with Rashid who is an excellent host. Thank you!
