The apartment looks like in pictures,it's Very clean, has air conditioning, new and well furnished and equipped.Host helped and assisted with everything that is needed.Location it's great : beach is up to 5 min.walk,and nearby are a lot of shops and restaurants. I recommend it and. for sure I Will book this apartment again.

The rooms are very clean, right on the beach. A big big big plus for the 2 receptionists. They were very kind and very helpfull. The restaurant serves very good meals.

Location is great, just a five mins walk from the beach, to several restaurants and supermarket. Beach is perfect location with little children, there are also playgrounds. Our hosts were very nice, they always provided what we asked for, kind people. We have even got fresh coffee in the morning, loved it. The property was very clean, all rooms had AC and there were spacious.

The hotel is very well located, in the Durres beach, and our room had a nice balcony over the sea. Breakfast was good and very complete. The hotel is a little old fashioned, no elevator but the room was very clean and big. The hotel has umbrellas you can use free of charge at the the beach and provides for towels, which is very confortable. The hotel staff is also very nice.

The app was very clean and very comfortable. It had all the equipment needed. Location was also very good, not so far from the beach. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets were very close to the app. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I am definetly coming back.

Very nice place near the beach (5 minutes by walk). The apartments were very clean and we had everything for comfortable rest. The Tea residence has a very good pool and a place for a barbecue. I recommend this
