New, totally equipped, wood construction with a pleasant smell of fresh wood. A 4 person apartment is bigger than we expected, two floors with wooden stairs are nice. A kitchen has everything you need and is very well equipped. From our apartment was a fantastic view to Zugspitze (unforgettable evening). All facilities are present and in excellent condition - dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, all kitchen utensils etc. All beds are in excellent condition and with very good mattresses. For our party of 6 three bathrooms were sufficient :) No comments on cleanliness, all tip top. Full set of shower gels and shampoos present. The host is a wonderful and caring person! It is in the most stunning location at the foot of the mountain. a ski lift literally at your back door. The home was so comfortable and had absolutely everything we could have needed.
