The breakfast was excellent. The tray of freshly cut selection of fruit was a cherry on the top of great selection of different meats, cheese, salad, and pastries. The hotel is close to Gare du Midi. There is no need to take a metro as we had an impression from some of the descriptions.

The Vilvoorde Lodge offers modern rooms with free WiFi in the wing of an historic building. This former house of correction has a 24-hour front desk and is located 15 minutes’ drive from Brussels.

Superb. I recommend this hotel even for people who are traveling for Brussels centre. Easy to access by train, and it is way much cleaner and quieter compare the same price in the centre.

Everything. The order and cleanliness were like I would maintain in my own home. Smooth and regular communication with owner Mario. He was extremely helpful and friendly.from grill to beautiful view surroundings, the comfort of the beds to gully equipped kitchen... our only regret is that we didnt book it for longer time. 5 days were not enough. There is a supermarket about 5 mins driving distance that has everything and more than what you may need. It all felt like home... we wanted to live there forever.🙂
