This was my first time visiting this accommodation, but it was clean and in a good location for exploring the city.

This Banff hotel is located on the slopes of Tunnel Mountain, within a 20 minute walk of downtown. Each room offers a wood fireplace and private bathroom.

Beautiful room with the nicest shower room so far. Comfy room with nice patio for the stay. Definitely will book again if I am back in Banff

We had a nice stay, there was a sauna and whirlpool outside, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

All the staff were awesome and super accommodating. Was on a ski trip with two friends and was absolutely awesome.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even brought some heaters for us as it was really cold that period. It was fun building our own fire at the fireplace.

The room, the views, the hot tub, the hikes at the top, so many multi-cultural staff, knowledgeable guides, very friendly service- and chair-staff, food and beverage options were massive, and delicious, bear spray sign-out from the front desk when hiking (you only need to pay if you use it 😜), in-room fire place, the wildlife you can literally see going past your balcony (deer, ground squirrels, marmots, eagles, etc).
