United KingdomI was abit skeptical after reading reviews but the hotel was excellent. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was a little outdated but who cares when you’re in the heart of it all. The beds were probably the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in. Room very spacious, had a little balcony too although we didn’t use this as we were too busy doing other stuff. The room is what you make it, we only washed, slept and got changed here so was perfect for us and very handy right on Clifton hill. No complaints at all.
