Cabins in Guatapé

We spent a night and this was such a great place to relax! Perfect for 4 people 😍 We loved every corner of it. They have great beds and sheets, so you will for sure enjoy your night. We used the fire place (last 20 minutes) and enjoyed being outside. The Jacuzzi is also a nice have with the view. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own food. You can also use the Kayak and the SUP, we did and had so much fun. Don Dario is such a great helper, he will make sure everything is ok in your cabin and will take care of you when needed. He is also always on time to take you on the boat. Andrea, also gave us assistance via WhatsApp all the time and was very helpful. Make sure you bring your groceries (they warn you about it) - we did not and had a rush buying them before stores around closed.

This place is a piece of heaven on earth. I left with a full heart. I came the 1st time in November 2024 and I fell in love with the place so I come back 2 months later and I fell in love even more. - Let's start with the view that is just incredible. You can sit there for hours and just look at the landscape. The mariage of vegetation and the lack makes the place looking as a painting. The entire place is peaceful and relaxing and you are only a short walk from town if you want more craziness and activities. - Lodges are in the middle of vegetation which give you the impression of being one with the nature. The decoration made the place very authentic. My room was very comfy and I have plenty of space. I got a mini fridge (perfect for snacks). My room has also a private terrace with a view on the lack with a table and a hammock (perfect to chill and relax). I was worried about the room temperature at night but I even did not need to open the window actually. - There is a private access to the lack, which is perfect for a swim during the hot hours of the day. They also offer activities as yoga, kayak, hiking, massage... You can not get bored. - The breakfast is very generous and good. You don't need another meal until late afternoon. - Lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable even if my Spanish was very limited. Always happy to answer my questions. - The last but not the least was my meeting with Maria the owner and the creator of the place. She made my stay unforgettable with a her warmth. She made me feel as a family member. We did a firecamp, went to San Rafael, I met her lovely family... Being a solo traveler Maria took care of me as a daughter (I even don't speak Spanish hahaha). She so inspiring, as a human, as a woman, as an artist and as a nature lover. Don't miss her during your stay if you want to meet someone special. Thank you Casa Encuentro for being my new

We were so surprised and impressed by this place. The cabins are beautiful and clean, with stunning views. The hosts have found the perfect balance of being attentive and helpful, without invading your privacy at all. We look forward to returning soon.

Glamping Betsaida was a wonderful experience. It was only one glamping in the area which makes it the perfect place for those looking for privacy. We learned a lot about sacred geometry and how to be in harmony with the four elements. It was amazing to have a big jacuzzi all by ourselves. Since the glamping was next to the lake (with a wonderful view) we could use the kayak for free. Incredible experience to go around in the beautiful surroundings silently. The glamping is located perfectly close to Guatapé and Piedra del Penol. There are many restaurants nearby and good transport options since it´s located next to the main road.

Location and view was superb. Food and staff were also amazing. Nothing to complain about
