This a very quiet lovely place to stay with beautiful gardens and trees. This resort is next to great places to eat and also an eclectic mini mall up the street. The ocean and surfing beach is very close and within walking distance. Great surf! And they have air conditioning and a shared public kitchen! Wonderful place.

My children and I spent 5 wonderful days in la Quebrada Ecolodge- the "beach huts" were perfectly equipped and decorated with such attention to detail and love, the beds were comfortable, the clear and warm water in the swimming pool so appeasing- it really felt like paradise, luxurious and homely at the same time. It is ideally located, 5-10 mins walk from the beach and from the centre with sodas and eateries serving delicious food. It is also 10-15 mins drive to Las Catalinas and other fabulous beaches on the coast. A big thank you to Carmen and Christian who surpassed all our expectations. They treated us with such care and generosity, arranged an amazing horseriding tour on the beach with Eddy and made themselves available to help us discover the beauty of this part of the country. The location of the hotel was great, a little far from San Jose airport, so I would reccomend to land at Liberia airport, which is only a 90 minute drive. However, it was in a private area and very safe, with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything else was amazing and succeed and of my expectations.

With garden views, Mundo Milo Eco Lodge is located in Playa Junquillal and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace.

They've done a wonderful job with this property! This was our 8th accommodation on this trip to Costa Rica, and it had the best of all worlds. Quiet enough to feel remote, but connected to groceries, gas, and services in town. Fantastic A/C in the common space and both bedrooms. A thorough cleaning job, enough towels for a family of 4 (including pool towels), and a very well-equipped kitchen. The owners were so kind to accommodate early check-in so that our young daughters could get settled; they even brought them a high chair and kids' chairs, which they adored! The view from the pool is gorgeous and we appreciated the little outdoor gym, too. We watched the cleaning team wipe down outdoor railings and dust off loungers. They're clearly taking pride in keeping this place up. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious lodge with everything we needed. Hammock and lovely terrace overlooking trees. Lots of birds. Very relaxing Great pool, jacuzzi and bbq area. Only 3 lodges on site. You may be lucky and have pool/jacuzzi all to yourselves like we did. Valerie was a lovely host.
