I booked this apartment for a night away with my niece as a surprise. It did not disappoint. We both absolutely loved it and would definitely love to stay again. Staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Lance came and lit the wood burner, if we had put an arrival time it would have been on! An issue with internet wasn't a problem, Michelle came up straight away to sort it out. The actual lodge was amazing, pictures do not do it justice. So much more spacious than we expected and selection of tea, coffee and biscuits was exceptional. Close to amenities and Wyre forest, ideal for our four legged friend. Highly recommend a stay

Norma and the crew are incredibly hospitable, friendly and welcoming. An unassuming lodge of great quality filled with a family-like atmosphere and a warm, homely vibe. I loved my time at Normas. There's also a beautiful, big garden, which is very well kept.
