This is a beautiful caravan, the furnishings were 5* and I was surprised by the equipment included such as an air fryer and a much needed coffee machine.

We had an amazing time in Leven and it all started with the Cabin. Every detail was perfect!! The setting, the staff, the whole place is just lush. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Can’t wait to go back!

Went there for my girlfriends 30th I February and went back and asked her to marry me when we were there. Such a nice place for a nice break away.

Absolutely fantastic little gem in a beautiful part of Scotland.Never felt so chilled and relaxed! The lodge was well laid out and well equipped for our needs(family group of 6 adults),very comfortable and clean.The outside fireplace was fabulous and perfect to enjoy at night after a days sightseeing. It’s great central location made it easy to access surrounding areas of interest and the beautiful little coastal villages and towns of Fife. Hope to return soon!

The property was perfect. Fully equipped, finished to a high standard and so homely. We went for new year and it was just magical. Plenty to do if you want or perfect for doing nothing at all. The outdoor bath was great despite it being cold conditions. There was internet and it worked really well. It was just the perfect set up and we will be back. Not only because it was a great find but because it is where we got engaged so even more special. I was worried about the Road condition but even in a bmw which is low down we had no issue just took our time a little. We had one difficulty in using the oven but it was because we had not followed the instructions but Monty replied immediately despite it being New Year’s Eve. Great staff and a definite to return to and recommend xxxx

The location was ideal as it was very close to St Andrews and it's associated attractions. Also very convenient for the other villages in the East Neuk. The resort was very peaceful and well managed. We had a couple of meals in the on-site restaurant both of which were excellent. The Lodge was spotless, a good layout for 4 people and had all the essentials required, including beautiful bedding and towels.
