What a wonderful piece of heaven! We absolutely love the cabin and everything about it all. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning in the future. The attention to detail and the quirkyness of the cabin and it's surroundings is just magical.

The lodge is amazing with beautiful interior design, very cozy with a lot of decorations. Landlords are nice and helpful. The time spended there was a pleasure. If we will be in that area in the future, we'll stay in the lodge for sure again.

Staff were exceptional, friendly & caring. Went above & beyond to look after us including the care of my medical supplies that needed both refrigeration & freezing. The decor is fantastic & suits the building. It must be a very recent refurbishment as all is in top condition. There is also another pub across the street which we did use after a quick pint as it was a public holiday & the kitchen closed at 4pm on our arrival day. This was no problem as we were advised of both this & other options well before our arrival date. Parking was across the street & plenty of it. Only 40 metres away. Access to waterfall walks was also only about 50 metres away. Really enjoyed our stay.

If you want to get away from it all with fantastic views fresh air and peace this is the place for you, when you get to the gate its nearly a mile up a track up the mountain to the farm house and cottage, the views just driving up are lovely. At the property there is a dedicated parking space for guests. The cottage is very cosy and comfortable and warm (we visited in November) with all you need inside, when we arrived there was a loaf of bread and milk waiting for us. Carys and Kerry are such lovely people and hosts if you need anything or information they will assist, but also leave you to enjoy your stay, they will introduce you to their pygmy goats and a few other animals they are all very friendly. The cottage is well situated for travel, within a short while you are in the Brecon Beacons, or in the other direction the M4 and also the town of Bridgend for shopping only a few minuets away.
