We’ve stayed in Arsha View last summer and we have been mesmerised by the warm welcome and great accomodations! This time it was all the same, but with mountains covered with snow and twinkling lights on the small firs. The house was warm, we had enough blankets to cover the entire place, also no problem with hot water or any electrical supplies. All in all - best New Years ever!

It’s the best location as for the house in Qazbegi. It has an amazing, I would even say the best view and you feel isolated from the city compare to all other houses their! It’s also a new house so it’s very clean and feels nice. The staff was amazing they were helping us with all our requests!

Everything was just perfect- The rolling, lush hills filled our hearts with warmth and the spine chiling weather was the cherry on the top. A perfect little spot ! It was cozy and everything was comfortable. The view over the village was amazing. Definitely come here for the peace and quietness. Just a heads up: it only has a microwave and kettle. So stock up on groceries that don’t require cooking, but there is also a cafe right across.

Our stay at the mountain cottage in Gergeti was truly exceptional, surpassing all our previous experiences in Kazbegi. Everything about it was simply perfect! The cottage itself and all its furnishings were brand new, impeccably clean, and every tiny detail was carefully thought out. You could feel the care and attention the hosts put into every corner of the cottage, making it incredibly cozy and comfortable. The panoramic views from the windows were breathtaking, allowing us to admire the landscapes without even stepping outside. Inside, it was warm and there were no interruptions with hot water (a common issue in winter mountain stays due to low temperatures). Situated at the very top of Gergeti, away from the village center with its shops and cafes, it's advisable to stock up on groceries beforehand. However, if needed, there are a couple of tiny shops in Gergeti with the essentials. Thanks to its location, the cottage offers magnificent views, and it's conveniently positioned for a stroll to the Trinity Church. During the low season in winter, with fewer cars on the road, it's even possible to ascend the mountain road instead of a hiking trail, offering incredible views along the entire route! We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to return to this cottage again:)

An excellent house with many thoughtful details that create a cozy atmosphere inside. It has absolutely everything – robes, blankets, and even all the essentials for the bathroom, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. A particular highlight of the house is the perfectly functioning fireplace. On top of all that, you will be welcomed by very friendly hosts who will help with any of your needs – they’ll bring firewood, suggest places to visit in the region, recommend where to dine, and where to shop for groceries. We were very happy with our 3-day stay.

The cottage offered a perfect retreat, featuring a private area, parking and spacious room. The host's hospitality was outstanding they helped us with everything anytime we wanted extra helpful and super friendly , with all basic amenities, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need top quality even coffee, and spices and washroom with the washing machine and washing products, electricity, and heating thoughtfully provided. The comfortable beds, large balcony, and panoramic views were simply stunning. The added charm of a friendly, protective dog enhanced our experience. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the inclusion of a Muslim shower in the well-appointed washroom was a rare and appreciated touch. We truly cherished our stay and look forward to returning soon.
