If you want to feel safe, peace and tranquillity this is the place to be. The birds singing songs in the morning is the best thing to wake up to and the sound of crickets at night are so pleasant. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. I highly recommend having dinner at their place since it’s most likely the very best food in town. Oliver and his significant other will make sure that you feel comfortable in every way. I’m forever grateful for meeting Oliver, family and friends. You won’t regret your stay!

Great place to stay in senyang .in fact best place in Gambia. Ismaila suma was the best of hosts. Never stopped working. So polite and kind . Lodge located right on the beach. Fantastic.

It was already a excitement journey to come there. The lodge is located next to the beach, and next to a beautiful nature “ park”. Sheriffo the manager did all, more then all to make us happy ! He really took good care of us, I never had that experience in other lodges in the Gambia!

A very beautiful comfortable and well-kept lodge, the surrounding garden is totally lush and idyllic with lots of singing birds that will wake you up in the morning. I loved its traditional design, you can tell a lot of care and attention went into it. The hosts and the staff were super friendly and helpful at all times and will make you feel at home. Absolutely loved it at Avalon Garden Lodge. Caz and Stuart made our stay a very pleasant one, would highly recommend Avalon to everyone. Avalon is a secure and safe guesthouse to stay. 24 hour guards, it's a quiet and friendly place to stay. We loved the pool with fresh towels everyday on the beds. The lodge is spacious and clean, and is fully equipped. We would like to thank Caz and Stuart for a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely come back next time.
