The host and his family are really kind and helping to show you around. Learned a lot about Buddhism as well which was really nice, it’s a really nice experience and you can really see the local life there. Not a lot of tourism.

With mountain views, Silver Hill Ecovillage is situated in Kurunegala and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ecovillage. The room was comfortable, the food was excellent, the staff were very friendly & the views were amazing! We did the temple hike and although it was overcast, rainy & misty so we didn’t have a great view from the top, it was lovely to just be in the jungle. We loved that the eco village employs local people, it is an eco-friendly and ethical place to stay, highly recommend

The decoration and design of the house is outstanding The location and the view is amazing Only 5 to 10 minutes to Kandy city by Tuk Tuk and yet feeling like in the country side I would definitely recommend this place to my friends Best value for money !

We had a great stay. The location is very good close to everything we needed, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. The hosts treated us with exceptional kindness and warm hospitality. They prepared a scrumptious breakfast at the crack of dawn and catered to our dietary needs with no hesitation. Their front yard is absolutely stunning and a stellar place to take pictures. It was a small paradise haven for a cheap price.
