Just 1.5 hour from Marrakesh, this was a sanctuary of calm and comfort. The staff are friendly and attentive and the setting is beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner (the food is exceptional) in a cosy room with a fireplace and panoramic views of the the Atlas mountains. There is a lovely garden (incl a goat, duck and a chicken) with a swimming pool and even a private hammam. The Manager Mohammed took care of all our requests (even lending me a rain coat) and organized an amazing hiking tour with a brilliant guide, Hassan.

We are 2 days into our 3 day stay. What an amazing place it is. Immaculately clean and wonderful, friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. The food is out of this world and the property itself is huge and beautifully kept. We hope to be back sooner rather than later. Atlas Smile mountain retreat would surely be one of the greatest artists of all time.Do try the cookery classes with a tour of the vegetable and herb garden. A special place.peaceful gardens, luxurious accommodations and attentive service. This is a place to relax but also to get to know the Berber culture.

We had an exceptional stay with Mohamed. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and hot showers, delicious breakfast and dinner with freshly made hot bread from his mother. The best part was definitely the hospitality. Mohamed made our stay so easy. Was very knowledgeable of the area and well connected with guides, holding our extra bags twice of us and booking us into Mt Toubkals refuge.

Location is great as it is higher up to start the hike to Toubkal. The hosts were super helpful with all the questions and let us park the car for 2 days until we came back. Super clean, nice, beautiful views out the window.
