Second time in Livari. Waking up there is nothing but extraordinary. The view is spectacular, rooms are cozy and you can relax with a coffee at the cafe and/or a nice meal. Loved it and I will certainly come back!

The staff is great - nice, helpful and accomodating. Breakfasts are good. The bungalows are a little off the beach parking lot, but it doesn't cause any noise, disturbance or inconveniance. Also there is a private parking for guests. The beach is a few minutes' walk, and the territory around the bungalows is great - clean air, lots of trees, and it's very nice looking. There are mosquito nets on the windows, so you shouldn't have any problems with insects inside the bungalows.

We had the most amazing experience here. The hosts invited us for a meal and red wine made by the father of the property. It's a very quiet place. Very rural, with kind, warm people. But the best was yet to come. In Montenegro, it's a tradition to celebrate the birth of a baby boy. The owner of the property had 3 girls, but just had his first boy and it was celebration time! They invited us for the party, with something like 150 people. What a party! What a local experience. Will never forget. Of course we realized we wouldn't be able to sleep that night, and ended up leaving earlier. The owner refused to accept money for both nights that we stayed there! And on the first one there was no party going on at all. The generosity of this family will stay in my heart forever.

A great cottage in the hills above Lake Skadar 5 mins drive from lake . Good aircon, great beds, kitchen facilities. Lovely lovely hosts , the area had a power outage in afternoon we arrived , host gave us fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and rock melon from their vege garden and a couple of cold beers and water while we waited for it to come back on . So kind . Highly recommend as a wee break when travelling the area .
