We stay there are only one night, but it was really comfortable. Owner and watchman was very very helpful. Location is very good close to Nizwa fort. Our family were coming from Canada and Germany and they were amaized ))))

Wow! This property was exceptional! Super modern, all the facilities we could dream of and a very catering host, Azzan. All rooms are fitted with ensuites, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The furnishing is straight out of a high end display home. So much space and the feeling of quality in every step. The outdoor space is incredible. The pools were a winner for the kids, a nice bbq area x 2, sliding doors for easy access to the pool. We could not ask for more. Finally, a big shout out to Azzan who was a super attentive host, clear with directions and very accommodating.

Perfect location to visit Nizwa, just 5 minutes walk from the souq and the fort. The house is beautiful, is like living in a tiny city yourself, it is so nice we enjoyed stay inside! The swimming pool is warm all the time and really relaxing. There is a small kitchen ans there were dates and coffee for us at our arrival. There are plenty of places to have breakfast just outside the door.

We spent one night and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is located in the historical village center. The rooms have undergone reconstruction, but the original look has been preserved. This place is truly magical. We stayed in room number 3. Upon our arrival, the receptionist welcomed us with coffee and dates. Later, we attended an Omani dinner prepared by village residents. Don't forget to visit the rooftop; there is an amazing view of the mountains. Breakfast was also prepared by village residents. We are really happy to have visited this place. If you want to have an unforgettable experience, visit the Hanging Terraces.
