The place was cozy and perfectly sized for a family of size 6-7. The place was clean, well maintained and well within the reach of a grocery store, tyre inflation services and even a small supermarket nearby. You can simply walk up 50 meters to start experiencing the world of Sand right in front of you and climb as much as your feet and lungs will support. Kids loved the swimming pool. We expected the pool water to be very cold in the morning considering the outside temperature. But to our surprize it was at a very much comfortable temperature to take a dip in. The facility of a projector and a projection screen up on the terrace was very convenient to experience an open air movie through the laptop. Rooms were comfortably big, clean and well equipped with all things necessary to spend the time. There is a kitchen outside which is convenient to cook during the evening. Even the barbeque setup is well equipped and a washing machine as well. In the living room there is a microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. So it felt almost like being at home. And not to forget the staff which makes this place to comfortable for the guests. Hats off to their zeal to help us out.

Loved the pool. There were no utensils in the kitchen but the owner and his staff would get us anything we needed. Very nice quiet location

This villa is new on booking.com and therefore not very known yet. It's the best place we stayed during our 2 weeks stay in Oman. We had the whole vila, 2 bedrooms, living rooms, a kitchen, living room and dining room. But most important a beautiful private garden overlookong the mountains and a private swimming pool. The owner was very friendly and gave us a free late check out so we could enjoy the pool longer. It's situated in a quiet area but only a 20 min drive from wadi bahni Khalid.

Tastefully renovated, well equipped, impeccably maintained. Feels like a nice hotel, looks even better than the photos. Convenient location between the desert and the wadi. Comes with all the necessary supplies. Each of the 2 rooms comes with its own bathroom and is a standalone building, so there’s extra privacy compared to a 2-bedroom apartment. Owner is responsive and friendly. Book without hesitation.

Owner help us reach the right place. Chápete is situated in desert. Place is fully equipped, with large resting zone. Dunes nearby are very nice, there are some camels. Nice spot.
