Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was spotless, and the breathtaking views made our experience even more special—on one side, the endless desert, and on the other, a charming town with palm trees. The outdoor surroundings were just as magical. At night, we could admire a sky full of stars, and there was even the option to enjoy a cozy fire. Walking through the desert was an unforgettable experience. The owner took as for a small desert trip on his car and it was fantastic experience. The owner was an amazing host, taking great care of us and bringing us delicious food. We spent lovely evenings talking about travel, Oman, and culture. He was always ready to help with anything we needed. This place is truly a hidden gem—pure magic!

We regretted not taking several days in this beautiful cottage. Everything was available in the bathroom including shower products, toothbrushes and slippers. Small bottles of water in the bedrooms in the fridge were also available. Everything was clean, air conditioning in every room and a fan in the lounge. The service was first class, if you needed anything you could contact the owner. I highly recommend the dinner which was just amazing with good portions. There was also a projector available, which is just an incredible idea for watching a film on the roof in the evening, it's really nice.

Beautiful property in a quiet rural location, ideally situated halfway between Wadi Bani Khalid and the desert. The property is beautiful,clean and well maintained. Said is a kind host that will also give you great local advice! The last part of the road to reach the property is gravel but 4x4 cars aren't needed to reach it. We got there with a mazda6 rental (terrible off road capabilities) with no issues at all.

The location is convenient for visiting Wadi Bani Khalid. The access is using local roads not marked on online maps but the owner sent a map with a marked route so finding the place was not difficult. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was fantastic
