Breakfast was excellent: tasty and versatile (each day there were toasts, pancakes, strawberry jam, an assortment of fruit - banana, papaya, orange - as well as omelette/scrambled eggs/fried eggs and tea/coffee to choose from). The staff is very nice, polite and helpful (e.g. when my trousers got dirty with bike grease, the receptionist had them washed for me, returning spotless and ironed or a waiter had a breakfast prepared for me in five minutes when one morning I was in a rush). The localization is very good, close to the beach Anse Severe, which is a perfect spot for watching sunsets, snorkelling or having a snack or drink at one of the beach bars. The bungalow was spacious and well-furnished with air-conditioning in the bedroom. The acommodation has a bike rental service at an acceptable price of 150 SCR per day per person.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Digue Island Lodge where we celebrated our wedding and honeymoon. The location was like a dream — our cottage just 30 meters from the shore was beautifully decorated, surrounded by flowers and palm trees, with stunning views of the ocean and nature. The hospitality was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the welcome wine in our room to the lovely decorations after our beach wedding. The resort itself felt like a cozy retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway. If you're looking for a magical place to celebrate special moments or simply relax in paradise, La Digue Island Lodge is the place to be. We can't recommend it enough for its serene atmosphere and outstanding service. The host, Christopher, was so helpful and service-minded. Provided us with local tips and contacts. The location is phenomenal, right on a lovely sandy beach. Perfect in so many ways.

I liked everything about it. Cozy cabin. Everything we needed. We were given a welcome juice on arrival. We rented bicycles from the owners. It was about 20 minutes walk to the marina.
