This place fulfilled all of those expectations. Check in was very easy and flexible and Stephan helped us store our bags while we attended the nearby spa. We'd definitely return!

It is just 20 meters to excellent condition cross-country ski trail. This part of the trail is flat. A couple ski-cafes - 100 meters to cafe in Karwendel hotel and 500 meters to cosy wooden cafe. Place is quiet, no sound from road. Bedroom window goes on parking, kitchen/lounge room window goes on trails. Morning starts with rising sun light on mountains, day-time are skiers, night is romantic with ratruck lights.

The modern facilities (well designed bathrooms, sauna…) and cozy ambiance made it perfect for our small family. Its excellent location, close to the ski slopes, restaurants, and a supermarket, made everything easily accessible. A great choice for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in the Alps! Highly recommended!
