Parking is just in front of the chalet. It was easy for walks with the dogs, along the waterways. Easy for restaurants, just a short drive away. In March it was very calm. The bed was very comfy and so was the sofa. The bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower. We did not cook but the kitchen was nice to have to make breakfast. We did not have much contact with the owner as we did not need to but all conversation was very friendly. They also left some tea, coffee, and dog biscuits which was a nice touch.

The area itself is super chill - the house is located in the middle of a pine forest. We have really enjoyed an afternoon hike there. Since we have stayed with a 1-year old toddler Tom has kindly provided everything for a comfortable stay - a baby chair, baby bed, napkins and even a nice toy for a baby :) We really enjoyed our 4 days stay and will definitely come again for another weekend getaway!
